We produce under the "made to order" system in order to reduce unnecessary overproduction and sacrifice the result of each of our garments, for this reason our delivery times are 5 to 10 Colombian business days in their respective packaging and duly sealed. for the safety of your product and to ensure that it arrives in perfect conditions.
Once the payment is received, the production and dispatch time of the purchased part begins to run.
We have completely FREE SHIPPING to the whole world, it is worth mentioning that for some countries in Europe, Asia or Africa, the times may vary a bit.
You will have the right to request a return or exchange of the product after 2 days after receiving the package and under the following conditions:
- The garment must be returned with the original label and in the same condition that it was received.
- It must not have makeup stains, dirt or any aroma.
The exchange or return can only be made for the following reasons:
- If the product arrives in poor condition with loose seams, stains, negative aromas, holes.
- If the size or color of the garment does not correspond to the one requested at the time of ordering.
- If the piece arrives up to 5 days after the delivery time stipulated in our shipping policies.
- If the product does not correspond to the one in the photo.
